AIR FILTER FACTS
Today’s trucks use approximately 36 cubic meters of air per minute for combustion. Regardless of environment and operation, the function of the air filter is to supply clean air in order to extend engine service life. An air filter must never be cleaned since this carries a high risk of causing damage that cannot be detected.
Using defective filters leads to:
